VIRUS ON YOUR CELL PHONE - Possible or not?

It is possible to attack a cell phone with SMS.

The scenario is eitherthat you sleep and have turned off the sound and the hacker attacks your cell phone. By sending an SMS to the targeted cell phone, the internet browser initializes and visits malicious web sites.

Or you have turned off your cell phone because you are in a meeting or sitting in the cinema, and the hacker will use the same method there.

On these web sites your cell phone web browser is directed to, there are various malicious codes that make it possible to open the cell phone for codes from the outside and will be under the attacker€s control.

The reason the attacker chooses these scenarious to send out such an attack is that the cell phone will show what happens on the screen and the owner will have a chance to stop the attack there and then. If the attack happens like we told you now, the probability for being discovered is less to none.

The cyber criminals have not yet caught on to this in major scale.
It is possible to attack a specific Windows based cell phone through various methods.

The above link of Dan Dearing tutorial illustrate how this is done.

There is made an effort to increase security on the mobile windows and cymbian platforms.However there is a potential danger and it€s just a matter of time before we will see sophisticated attacks on mobile windows platform.

We will see attacks like this now already and its just a matter of time before it comes in a massive effort from cyber criminals when they see a economic potential in this activity.

Just to show of innovative people are with phones, I have enclosed a linkfrom Youtube, called - How to hack mobile phones with Bluetooth.

These types of hacks can be performed by more dubious service workshops that will have access to your phone while doing f.inst upgrades or something else. Just make sure you use technical service workshops you trust in the future. Your cell phone can be under attack anywhere by anyone.

Also, never borrow out your cell phone to people you do not know, and especially if you not look at what they do on your phone.

Just to show you that programmers of the cellphones are not perfect and illustrate with an example of security holes hackers can find to gain access to your phone.

This is an example from a Nokia 1200 phone;

Youtube is full of examples of how people have hacked various phone brands, platforms and it all varies from innocent hacks to more serious ones.

Take a trip on Youtube,< /a> and you can learn lots. If you have a specific brand, type your brand and model type together with the keyword hack or virus, and you will maybe find some interesting tutorials to learn from.
